We are ready to welcome guests with your health and safety in mind!


 

Alam Indah Family Hotels are proud to be a part of Indonesia Care- receiving CHSE certification.
Our small intimate properties are away from crowded spaces where you are welcome to relax and re-charge again.

We have been implementing new health protocols for the well being of our staff, community and guests.

Hand-washing stations have been installed at all of our properties at arrival area.

Hand Sanitizers will be available and it is also good to bring your own for independent exploring.

Temperature Checks:
will be conducted for guests on arrival as well as staff when coming to work. Any staff member showing any symptoms of not feeling well, will be asked to rest at home.
Guests who are not feeling well or showing any symptoms or a temperature above 37.3 C will be requested to see a doctor.

Public spaces:
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting public areas including door handles and room keys.


Our Drivers will also be following healthy protocols.

Luggage:
will be sprayed with disinfectant on arrival

Dining:
Our kitchen staff will be wearing gloves while cooking and plating meals.

There are limited tables for dining in public area so guests will feel socially distant.
In-room dining option is available. We offer a wonderful selection of Café Wayan dishes and there are several take away and delivery options to enjoy a variety of cuisines available in Ubud and within Nyuh Kuning village.

Housekeeping:
Guests will have the option for staff to clean rooms, or have fresh linens and towels provided to change on your own. Laundry baskets may be placed outside door for collection.
If guests choose to have staff clean their rooms, our staff will be be wearing masks and gloves to help protect both parties.

We ask our guests to wear a mask when venturing out of the hotel.
