US Dollar Notes:
BRING CLEAN US DOLLAR BILLS:  Any foreign currency notes that are soiled or torn are not accepted.
Better rate of exchange is given to  USD 100 notes. Bills lower than USD 20 may not be exchanged.

LOCAL SIM CARDS  are available at the airport or in Ubud offering Data packages that may be less expensive than data roaming paclage from your own country.
There are also new E-SIMs which means no need to rake out your own Sim Card.
If travel beyond Bali, need to make sure your SIM Card will work well around outer islands.

Climate
Located approx eight degrees south of the equator, Bali enjoys a tropical climate without the pressures of strong typhoons or cyclones further north or south. Travel to Bali at any time is nice. Weather patterns are becoming more unpredictable these years, but the rainy season is traditionally between December-March.  The drier and less humid time is between June-September.
