Currency:
Indonesian Rupiah Rate of exchange is fluctuating around Rp 14,000  to 1 US Dollar.
Money Changers and ATM’s can be easily found in tourist centers. Usually exchange rate in town is slightly better than at the airport.
ATM machines are more common now and will give you cash in Rupiah only.

US Dollar Notes:
BRING CLEAN US DOLLAR BILLS:  Any foreign currency notes that are soiled or torn are not accepted.
Better rate of exchange is given to  USD 100 notes. Bills lower than USD 20 may not be exchanged.

Climate
Located approx eight degrees south of the equator, Bali enjoys a tropical climate without the pressures of strong typhoons or cyclones further north or south. Travel to Bali at any time is nice. Weather patterns are becoming more unpredictable these years, but the rainy season is traditionally between December-March.  The drier and less humid time is between June-September.
